Instruction for the starting:

Step1: run "run-Set_Culture_and_run-macros-datae.js" with mspowershell notes: Start-Sleep is needed for excel gracefull shutdown. increase it in case of slow PC or other error

Step2: run get_names_of_the_separators_from_system.ps1 with mspowershell

Step3: run "alghoritm_of_changing_dates_and_numbes.js" to change the files with the short names for example(aa.txt,az.txt) using node

Step4: run proof/Num_set_locale.js using node

Step5: open /numbers and change the files: "az-Cyrl.txt, az-Latn.txt, ff-Latn.txt, iu-Cans.txt, ku-Arab.txt, pa-Arab.txt, quc-Latn.txt, shi-Latn.txt, sn-Latn.txt, sr-Cyrl.txt, uz-Latn.txt, vai-Latn.txt"

Step6: open /data and change the files"az-Cyrl.txt, az-Latn.txt, ff-Latn.txt, iu-Cans.txt, ku-Arab.txt, pa-Arab.txt, quc-Latn.txt, shi-Latn.txt, sn-Latn.txt, sr-Cyrl.txt, uz-Latn.txt, vai-Latn.txt"
